Terms governing the use of our website, quotations, products, installation, maintenance and technical services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to quotations, proposals, products and services provided by Aztor Technical Service LLC, operating under the brand AZTÖR Automation (“AZTÖR”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website, accepting our quotation, issuing a purchase order, making a payment, approving work or otherwise instructing us to proceed, you acknowledge and accept the applicable terms set out below together with any specific conditions stated in our quotation, proposal, contract or service agreement.

2. Our Services

AZTÖR Automation provides automation, access, security and related technical services. Depending on the project, these may include supply, installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, replacement, retrofit and technical support.

Solutions may include automatic doors, gates, garage doors, barriers, parking and vehicle access systems, industrial doors, access control, CCTV and surveillance, smart security, building automation and related electrical, mechanical and control systems.

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations and proposals are prepared based on the information, drawings, measurements, photographs, videos, site conditions and requirements available to us at the time of preparation.

  • A quotation is valid only for the validity period stated on the quotation.
  • Prices may be revised if the scope, quantity, specification, site condition or customer requirement changes.
  • Items not specifically included in our quotation are considered excluded.
  • Verbal discussions or instructions do not amend an approved quotation unless subsequently confirmed by AZTÖR in writing.
  • Where a site inspection has not been completed, pricing may remain subject to final site verification.

4. Prices, VAT & Government Charges

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable statutory charges will be applied in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.

Government fees, authority approvals, permits, NOCs, access charges, civil defence requirements, specialist testing or third-party certification are excluded unless expressly included in our quotation.

5. Purchase Orders & Acceptance

A project or service may be considered confirmed once AZTÖR receives an accepted quotation, valid Local Purchase Order (LPO), contract, written approval, required advance payment or another form of acceptance agreed between the parties.

The customer's LPO or internal purchasing conditions do not automatically override AZTÖR's quotation or these Terms & Conditions unless such amendments have been expressly accepted by AZTÖR in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are governed by the commercial terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, contract or agreement. Different projects may have different payment milestones depending on the nature and value of the work.

  • Advance payments must be received before procurement, fabrication or mobilisation where required.
  • Progress payments must be made according to the agreed project milestones.
  • Final payments become due in accordance with the approved commercial terms.
  • Bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the paying party unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments should only be made to bank accounts officially communicated by AZTÖR Automation / Aztor Technical Service LLC.

AZTÖR may suspend procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, maintenance or other services where an agreed payment becomes overdue.

7. Site Inspection & Measurements

Where required, AZTÖR may conduct a site inspection before finalising the technical solution. Measurements, mounting conditions, power availability, structural conditions, access requirements and existing equipment may be reviewed as part of the inspection.

Concealed conditions or issues that could not reasonably be identified during the initial inspection may result in additional work, cost or time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and for ensuring that necessary site permissions are available.

  • Provide accurate information about the required work and existing systems.
  • Provide access to the site during agreed working hours.
  • Arrange building, community, landlord or facility-management permissions where applicable.
  • Provide suitable electrical power and associated infrastructure unless included within our scope.
  • Keep the working area reasonably clear and accessible.
  • Inform AZTÖR of known hazards, restrictions or special site requirements.

9. Delivery & Project Timelines

Any delivery, production, installation or completion period communicated by AZTÖR is based on the information available at that time and may depend on product availability, approvals, site readiness, payment status and other project conditions.

Where applicable, standard fabrication or production and installation periods will be stated in the relevant quotation. Custom-made, imported or specialist products may require additional lead time.

AZTÖR will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules but shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10. Installation & Commissioning

Installation will be carried out according to the agreed scope and applicable technical requirements. On completion, systems may be tested and commissioned before handover.

The customer should inspect the completed work and notify AZTÖR of any apparent issue as soon as reasonably possible. Minor finishing or snagging items that do not prevent safe operation of the system do not constitute non-completion of the entire project.

11. Variations & Additional Works

Any work requested outside the approved scope may be treated as a variation and may result in additional charges and/or additional completion time.

Examples include changes in dimensions, specifications, finishes, quantities, equipment locations, control requirements, civil works, electrical works or integration requirements requested after approval.

12. Existing Equipment

When AZTÖR is requested to repair, modify, integrate or automate existing equipment, the condition and remaining service life of that equipment cannot always be determined before work begins.

AZTÖR is not responsible for unrelated failures of existing components, structures, wiring or equipment that were not supplied or replaced by AZTÖR, unless responsibility has been specifically accepted within the agreed scope.

13. Warranty

Warranty coverage, where applicable, will be stated in the quotation, invoice, handover document or warranty certificate. Unless a different period is specifically agreed, qualifying new installations may be provided with the warranty period stated in the relevant commercial document.

Warranty generally applies to defects arising from qualifying supplied products or installation workmanship under normal operating conditions.

14. Warranty Exclusions

Unless specifically covered under an agreement, warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from circumstances including:

  • Accident, collision, impact, misuse, vandalism or negligence.
  • Flooding, water ingress, fire, abnormal environmental conditions or natural events.
  • Power fluctuations, electrical faults or unsuitable power supply outside AZTÖR's scope.
  • Unauthorised modification, repair or adjustment by another party.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
  • Failure to perform recommended maintenance.
  • Damage caused by existing structures or equipment.
  • Customer-supplied or third-party products unless expressly covered.

15. Preventive Maintenance & AMC

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance services are governed by the scope, frequency, inclusions, exclusions and response conditions stated in the applicable maintenance agreement.

An AMC does not automatically include unlimited replacement parts, major repairs, accidental damage, upgrades or replacement of obsolete equipment unless specifically stated in the agreement.

16. Breakdown & Emergency Services

Emergency and breakdown support is subject to technician availability, location, site access, traffic conditions, spare-part availability and the customer's service agreement.

Any response time communicated represents the intended service response and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed repair-completion time, as diagnosis and parts availability may affect final restoration.

17. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Orders involving customised fabrication, specially ordered materials, imported products or work already commenced may not be cancellable without cost.

Where cancellation is accepted, AZTÖR may deduct costs already incurred for design, procurement, fabrication, mobilisation, administration, delivery or other committed expenses.

Service visits that cannot proceed because of denied access, unavailable representatives or site conditions may be subject to a revisit or call-out charge.

18. Ownership of Goods

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the relevant contract, ownership of supplied goods may remain with Aztor Technical Service LLC until the amounts due for those goods have been paid in full.

19. Safety

Automated doors, gates, barriers and other moving systems must be operated responsibly and maintained appropriately. Customers should not disable safety sensors, photocells, emergency devices or other safety components.

Any safety-related defect identified by AZTÖR should be addressed promptly. Where continued operation presents an unacceptable safety risk, AZTÖR may recommend that the affected equipment remain isolated or out of service until corrective work is completed.

20. Third-Party Products & Brands

AZTÖR works with products and technologies from various manufacturers. Product names, logos and trademarks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

References to a manufacturer or brand do not imply exclusive distributorship, agency, partnership or manufacturer endorsement unless such relationship is expressly confirmed by the relevant manufacturer.

21. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, product specifications, photographs, descriptions, availability and technical information may change without notice.

Website content is provided for general information and should not replace a project-specific technical assessment or quotation.

22. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, layouts, photographs, documents and other original materials created by or for AZTÖR are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, AZTÖR shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside the agreed scope of work or from events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable UAE law.

24. Force Majeure

AZTÖR shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including supply-chain disruption, transportation interruption, government restrictions, extreme weather, utility interruption, industrial action, civil disturbance or other force majeure events.

25. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website or during business transactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and transactions with Aztor Technical Service LLC are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, subject to any different jurisdiction expressly agreed in a signed contract.

27. Changes to These Terms
