Our commitment to safe, reliable and consistently high-quality automation, security and technical services.
At Aztor Technical Service LLC, operating under the brand AZTÖR Automation, quality is not limited to the products we supply. It is reflected in how we assess requirements, select solutions, execute installations, test systems, maintain equipment and support our customers throughout the service lifecycle.
Our objective is to deliver automation, access, security and technical solutions that are safe, reliable, practical and appropriate for the operating conditions of each project.
AZTÖR Automation is committed to maintaining consistent standards across our operations. Our quality objectives include:
Every project begins with understanding the customer's actual requirement. Wherever appropriate, we review the application, site conditions, expected usage, safety requirements, available infrastructure and future maintenance needs before recommending a solution.
Our aim is not simply to install equipment, but to provide a solution that performs reliably and remains practical to operate and maintain.
Products and components are selected according to the requirements of the application, technical compatibility, expected operating conditions, safety considerations and project specifications.
Where branded or manufacturer-specific products are specified, we seek to supply suitable products through appropriate commercial channels and install them in accordance with relevant technical guidance.
Any third-party brand names and trademarks referenced by AZTÖR remain the property of their respective owners.
Our installation teams are expected to follow approved project requirements and good technical practices appropriate to the equipment being installed.
Depending on the system and agreed scope, installation quality controls may include:
Safety is an important part of quality. Automatic doors, gates, barriers, garage doors, industrial doors and other moving systems must operate with appropriate consideration for users, vehicles, property and surrounding infrastructure.
Where safety devices form part of the approved scope, our teams check their operation during commissioning or maintenance as applicable. Customers are advised not to bypass, disconnect or interfere with installed safety devices.
Where applicable, newly installed or substantially modified systems are tested before handover to confirm that the principal functions operate as intended.
Testing may include opening and closing cycles, controls, remote devices, access-control commands, safety sensors, photocells, limit settings, obstacle response, emergency operation and other functions relevant to the installed system.
AZTÖR may use site inspection records, job completion reports, service reports, testing records, handover documentation, photographs and other project records as part of its quality-control process.
The documentation required for an individual project will depend on its scope, contractual requirements and the type of system involved.
Quality continues after installation. Preventive maintenance helps identify wear, adjustment requirements, contamination, loose components, damaged safety devices and other conditions that may affect reliability or safe operation.
During maintenance visits, our technicians may inspect relevant mechanical, electrical, electronic and safety components according to the agreed maintenance scope.
When faults occur, our approach is to identify the underlying cause where reasonably possible rather than simply addressing the visible symptom.
Where components are damaged, obsolete, unsafe or no longer economical to repair, we may recommend replacement, upgrading or modification of the affected system.
Replacement components are selected according to system compatibility, availability, technical suitability and the approved customer requirement.
Where an original component is unavailable or obsolete, an appropriate alternative may be proposed. Any significant change in specification will be communicated to the customer for approval where required.
We work with manufacturers, distributors and suppliers across our solution categories. Product selection and procurement decisions consider technical suitability, compatibility, availability, support and project requirements.
Where manufacturer technical assistance is required, AZTÖR may coordinate with the relevant supplier or manufacturer subject to the applicable product and support arrangements.
If an installation, product or service issue is identified, we aim to assess the cause and determine an appropriate corrective action.
Depending on the circumstances, corrective action may include adjustment, repair, replacement, additional testing, revised installation practices, supplier coordination or other measures considered appropriate.
Customer feedback is an important part of our quality-improvement process. Feedback relating to workmanship, system performance, communication, response time or service experience may be reviewed to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customers are encouraged to report concerns promptly so that they can be assessed while relevant project and service information remains available.
Automation and security technologies continue to evolve. AZTÖR therefore encourages ongoing technical learning, product familiarisation and improvement of installation, diagnostic and service practices.
Our objective is to develop practical technical capability across the systems we supply, install and maintain.
We continually seek opportunities to improve our operating processes, project documentation, service delivery, technical standards and customer communication.
Lessons from installations, maintenance activities, breakdowns, customer feedback and technical developments are used to strengthen future performance wherever practical.
AZTÖR seeks to carry out its activities in accordance with applicable UAE requirements, project specifications and relevant technical or manufacturer requirements within the scope of each project.
Where a project requires specific authority approval, certification, consultant approval or specialist compliance documentation, those requirements should be identified and agreed as part of the project scope.
Our approach is simple: understand the requirement, recommend the right solution, install it properly, test it carefully and support it responsibly.
This commitment reflects the standard represented by AZTÖR Automation:
Power. Performance. Perfection.

A measured inspection costs a technician an hour. A wrong specification costs a great deal more.
